Senior Technical Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Administrator to join our team of professionals in the capacity of Senior Technology Specialist, Quality. This individual will work across agile teams to ensure our applications meet functional, performance and coding standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train on PeopleSoft front end processes and business processes
  • Train on BI Publisher and support
  • Support on-prem Windows and SQL domain roadmap
  • Support Integration testing with other LOB's
  • Support SaaS solutions ie, Mortgage system
Requirements:
  • 5 Years experience with PeopleSoft server and database administration
  • ~5 Years experience working within Oracle's customer support representatives
  • ~ Web and client/server architectures
  • ~ MS Office Tools including Microsoft Access
  • ~ Work experience in an Agile environment
  • ~ Strong understanding and/or exposure to CI/DevOps (GIT, DevOps)
  • ~ Effectively utilize multi-media technology for engaging virtual teams
  • ~ Proficient in problem resolution and analysis
  • ~ Strong ability to lead, plan and organize major testing deliverables
  • ~ Ability to multi-task and remain calm and flexible under tight deadlines
  • ~ Ability to be flexible and exercise judgment in a changing environment
  • ~ Strong understanding and proven experience in the software testing lifecycle
