Job Title: Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at myKaarma. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, assessing client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services, and providing input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Provide input into product design to ensure it meets client needs
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and resolve any product or service-related issues
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
  • Resolve product and service-related problems and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Train or assist in the training of other workers and supervise technical staff
  • Provide consultative services to translators, interpreters, and technical writers
  • Recommend products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Jira, Salesforce, and other relevant software
