About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Cleaning Angels Janitorial Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our clients' facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring that we meet our financial targets.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Ensure that all financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies.
  • Receive Payments: Process payments for specialized cleaning jobs, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and timely.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff, ensuring that they have the resources and training they need to succeed.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our cleaning services are integrated with other aspects of our business.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules for our cleaning staff, ensuring that we meet our clients' needs and comply with company policies.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's Licence: A valid driver's licence is required for this role.
  • Dependability: A high level of dependability is essential for this role, as you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff.
  • Flexibility: A flexible approach to work is required, as you will need to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

Work Environment
