Key Responsibilities- Recruit and train cleaning personnel or coordinate training sessions.
- Oversee and direct the activities of cleaning staff.
- Conduct inspections of sites to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
- Advise on or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Process payments for specialized cleaning tasks.
- Support cleaning staff in executing their responsibilities.
- Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments.
- Develop work schedules for cleaning staff.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Physical stamina for bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Dependability and reliability in job performance.
