We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Manager at All About Details Cleaning Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our housekeeping supervisors and crews.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of equipment, supplies, and uniforms, ensuring that our teams have the necessary resources to perform their duties efficiently.
- Supply Chain Management: Source and purchase equipment and supplies, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure that our standards of cleanliness and quality are met.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all staff members adhere to safety standards and departmental policies, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Transportation and Logistics: Coordinate the transportation of equipment and supplies, ensuring that our teams have the necessary resources to perform their duties efficiently.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Transportation: A valid driver's license is required.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. As a member of our team, you will be provided with transportation by the employer.
