As a Cleaning Supervisor at Clean Pro Building Maintenance Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a team of cleaning staff while maintaining operational efficiency.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning personnel to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets, including cost estimates for cleaning operations.
- Identify and recommend additional services needed, such as painting, repairs, renovations, or equipment replacements.
- Assist cleaning staff in executing their duties effectively.
- Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish and maintain work schedules for cleaning staff.
- Work Term: Permanent

- Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
