We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Clean Pro Building Maintenance Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of our cleaning team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site visits to ensure our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services are required, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement, and recommend solutions to management.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of work activities.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize downtime.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
