Education: Completion of a college diploma or equivalent in a relevant field, typically requiring 1 to 2 years of study.

Experience: A minimum of 3 to less than 5 years in a similar role.

Work Environment

Professional consulting organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate access to computer networks.
  2. Monitor and report on the efficiency of computer systems and networks.
  3. Assist users encountering issues with their computers.
  4. Refer to user manuals, technical documentation, and other resources to identify and implement solutions.
  5. Offer guidance and training to users based on identified challenges.
  6. Maintain a log of problems and solutions for reference by other support analysts.
  7. Contribute to the redesign of applications and software.
  8. Oversee the work of other technical support personnel in the team.
  9. Deliver business systems, network, and internet support to users facing difficulties.
  10. Prepare equipment for employee use, ensuring the correct installation of cables, operating systems, and necessary software.
  11. Conduct backup and recovery operations for web servers.
  12. Provide exemplary customer service.
  13. Manage incident reports effectively.
Supervisory Role

No supervisory responsibilities.

Experience Area

Quality assurance or control experience is preferred.
