Technical Support Specialist

Education: Completion of a college diploma or equivalent in a relevant field, typically requiring 1 to 2 years of study.
Experience: A minimum of 3 to less than 5 years in a similar role.
Work EnvironmentProfessional consulting organization.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate access to computer networks.
- Monitor and report on the efficiency of computer systems and networks.
- Assist users encountering issues with their computers.
- Refer to user manuals, technical documentation, and other resources to identify and implement solutions.
- Offer guidance and training to users based on identified challenges.
- Maintain a log of problems and solutions for reference by other support analysts.
- Contribute to the redesign of applications and software.
- Oversee the work of other technical support personnel in the team.
- Deliver business systems, network, and internet support to users facing difficulties.
- Prepare equipment for employee use, ensuring the correct installation of cables, operating systems, and necessary software.
- Conduct backup and recovery operations for web servers.
- Provide exemplary customer service.
- Manage incident reports effectively.
No supervisory responsibilities.
Experience AreaQuality assurance or control experience is preferred.
