About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rental Service Supervisor to join our team at H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our rental agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties
  • Authorize Payments by Cheque
  • Order Merchandise
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise
  • Prepare Reports on Sales Volumes, Merchandising and Personnel Matters
  • Resolve Issues that May Arise, Including Customer Requests, Complaints and Supply Shortages
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities of Workers
Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our rental agency.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1 Year to Less than 2 Years of Experience
  • Ability to Work in a Rural Area
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure and Meet Tight Deadlines
