Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our team at 2720455 Ontario Inc. as a Hardware Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our users, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure computer hardware and software
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on computer systems and networks
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system performance and efficiency
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 32-40 hour workweek. You will be required to work in a office building environment and may be required to travel to client sites as needed.
