Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Technician to join our team at 2720455 Ontario Inc. as a Hardware Installation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining computer systems and networks, providing technical support to users, and collaborating with our team to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install and configure computer systems, networks, and hardware, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to computer systems, networks, and hardware.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our team to ensure effective communication and collaboration, providing updates and status reports as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues, documenting solutions and best practices for future reference.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems, networks, and hardware, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 32 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is a help desk and office building setting, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking required.
