Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software systems. This includes setting up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
  • Provide technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
