About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Grand & Toy. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business leads (45% of time)
  • Deliver sales presentations to clients (10% of time)
  • Closing deals and managing existing accounts (30% of time)
  • Reporting and forecasting sales performance (5% of time)
  • Continuous learning and professional development (5% of time)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proactively manage time spent on critical factors that drive productivity, revenue growth, and bottom-line results
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a Business or related program is an asset
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably B2B
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and cold call on net new customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel-based reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to deliver sales presentations to groups of clients
