Sales Associate

We're looking for a Sales Associate who can develop relationships with customers, maintain store standards, and provide excellent presentation skills in a retail environment.

  • Experience in retail, preferably in apparel
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers
  • Understanding of retail operation concepts, such as cash handling and merchandise presentation
  • Self-starter with good judgment and excellent presentation skills
  • Upbeat, optimistic, passionate, and friendly
  • Ability to understand customer needs and build buy-in to ideas and products

This role offers the opportunity to:

  • Display a "customer comes first" attitude and build customer loyalty
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and contribute to the store's success
  • Perform POS transactions, merchandising tasks, and maintain store visual appeal
  • Keep current on product and service updates and adhere to Loss Prevention policies
