Job Title: Field Product Specialist

As a key member of the Evertz team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support for our Live Media products. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on building strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary technical support for Evertz' Live Media products, including troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
  • Collaborate with customers to assess their product application, diagnose issues, and develop effective solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and implement design changes based on customer feedback.
  • Install and configure products at customer sites, providing training and support as needed.
  • Support new customer opportunities through live product demonstrations and event support.
Qualifications:
  • Education in Broadcast, Electrical, Electronic, Computers, or a related field is required.
  • Live production knowledge and experience are essential.
  • International travel is required, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision is necessary.
  • Experience working in the broadcast environment, on-air broadcast operations, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as problem-solving ability and adaptability, are required.
  • Direct experience with IT networking, server hardware, and Linux is an asset.
