About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Evertz. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our regional Sales Representatives, ensuring seamless coordination and communication throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotations and system evaluation agreements
  • Liaise between Sales and various departments to coordinate questions, provide status updates, and ensure timely processing and turnaround of quotations
  • Coordinate new sales initiatives/campaigns by researching, preparing and distributing data to Sales
  • Update and maintain contact data/information in database
  • Coordinate customer visits at all stages of the process
  • Log daily/weekly/monthly Sales activity
  • Prepare reports and customer documentation
  • Provide back up support for Reception as required
Requirements
  • College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
  • 0-1 year office administrative experience
  • 0-1 year sales/service sector experience
