  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing, scanning, and shredding documents.
  • Office Management
    • Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, and supplies.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.

  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule
    • 40 hours per week.
