About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our culinary team at Oopo Bubble Tea Ltd. as a Cook. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating special events, determining food portion sizes and costs, and planning menus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's vision.
    • Estimate food requirements and requisition supplies to ensure efficient operations.
  • Culinary Operations
    • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet our high standards.
    • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Inventory Management
    • Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
