About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at OJ's Cold Lake Inc. as a Restaurant Management Position. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
    • Supervise and check assembly of trays
    • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Prepare food order summaries for chef
  • Operations and Administration
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
