Job Title: Store Clerk

PAL Aerospace is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Clerk to join our team in Halifax, NS.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels and control the flow of aircraft parts
  • Enter data into our maintenance tracking system with accuracy and efficiency
  • Process shipments and receipts, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of parts
  • Issue parts to authorized personnel, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain the company tool crib, ensuring all tools are properly stored and accounted for
  • Monitor and control inventory stock levels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Manage quarantine stores in accordance with our Maintenance Control Manual (MCM)
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Previous inventory and related work experience is an asset
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts, and adapt to fluctuations in shift times
