At SHIV BRAR PERSONAL REAL ESTATE CORPORATION, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:

* Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures
* Delegate work to office support staff to ensure efficient use of resources
* Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
* Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
* Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
* Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
* Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
