Position Overview

The Children’s Program Manager is responsible for fostering an environment of engagement and enjoyment. This role involves organizing and executing captivating, safe, and entertaining activities for children aged three months to 11 years within the Academy and various classes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcomes and interacts with members and guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Facilitates interactive experiences for children, including storytelling, creative arts and crafts, music, and games
  • Supervises and engages with children to ensure a secure and healthy atmosphere, paying attention to toys, sports equipment, peers, and surroundings
  • Maintains operational records, oversees cleaning protocols, and manages staffing
  • Promotes and markets Life Time Kids programs, products, and services
  • Conducts Team Member Evaluations, offering constructive feedback and coaching as necessary

Position Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Completion of all mandatory Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications prior to the start of employment
  • First Aid certification and Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification must be obtained within the first 60 days of employment
  • Fulfillment of all state or federal prerequisites before commencing work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in working with children
  • Ability to engage a group of children in various activities
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
