Job Title: Child Caregiver

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Caregiver to join our team at Christopher Canete. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in a home setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily care and support to children, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Engage children in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
  • Establish a daily routine that includes activities such as homework, reading, and outdoor play.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other caregivers to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience working with children an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
Work Setting:

This is a temporary position working in the employer's home. Optional accommodation is available at no charge on a live-in basis.

English.

Hours:

40 hours per week.
