We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bayly Autocenter Inc. as an Office Manager. This is a permanent position that requires a strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Financial Management: Assist with budget planning, financial reporting, and accounts payable/receivable.
