Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with grieving families to understand their needs and preferences, creating personalized funeral arrangements that reflect the life of their loved one.
  • Coordinate all aspects of funeral services, including liaising with clergy, officiants, musicians, and other vendors to ensure a seamless and meaningful experience.
  • Prepare the deceased with care and sensitivity, adhering to established protocols and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to families throughout the entire process, offering compassionate counsel and answering any questions they may have.
Qualifications
  • Active Funeral Director's license in good standing.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine ability to connect with grieving individuals.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, ensuring all arrangements are executed efficiently and professionally.
  • Proficiency in funeral software and Microsoft Office Suite.
