As a Funeral Director Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support during a difficult time. Your primary responsibilities will include consulting with families of the deceased to discuss funeral and related services, overseeing the preparation of remains, planning and scheduling funeral services, coordinating burials and cremations, pre-arranging funerals, and arranging for the transfer of remains from the place of death to our funeral home. * Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
* Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Consult with families of the deceased regarding funeral and related services

* Plan and schedule funeral services
* Coordinate burials and cremations
* Pre-arrange funerals
* Arrange for transfer of remains from place of death to funeral home
