Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Funeral Director Assistant to join our team at Lotus Funeral and Cremation Centre Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support during their time of need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Meet with families of the deceased to discuss funeral and related services, providing guidance and support to help them make informed decisions.
  • Funeral Preparation: Oversee the preparation of remains, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to prepare the deceased for viewing or burial.
  • Funeral Planning: Plan and schedule funeral services, including coordinating with vendors and ensuring that all details are executed flawlessly.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate burials and cremations, arranging for the transfer of remains from the place of death to our funeral home.
  • Pre-Arrangement Services: Assist with pre-arranging funerals, helping families to plan and prepare for future funeral needs.
  • Remains Transfer: Arrange for the transfer of remains from the place of death to our funeral home, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing exceptional service to clients and their families.
  • Language: English
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
