Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Financial Management Specialist to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for calculating cheques for payroll, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial reports. Additionally, you will reconcile accounts, prepare tax returns, and be proficient in accounting software and MS Office. If you are accurate, dependable, and possess excellent communication skills, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
• Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
• Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
• Post journal entries
• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
• Prepare tax returns
• Reconcile accounts
