About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Technology Leader to join our team. As a key member of our technology leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our enterprise technology strategy. This includes leading the design and delivery of large-scale, complex systems and programs, as well as providing technical expertise and guidance to our business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our enterprise technology strategy, including the design and delivery of large-scale, complex systems and programs.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to our business stakeholders, including the development of business cases and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with our technology teams to ensure the successful delivery of our technology projects and programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our business stakeholders, including the CTO, CRO, and CEO.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging industry trends and digital technologies, and provide guidance on their application within our organization.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in technology, business data analytics, and consulting roles, with a proven track record of leading teams of 60+ internal and external resources in a matrix environment.
  • Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related technical degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including a deep understanding of business concepts, practices, and business domain language.
  • Proven success in cultural transformation, ensuring high levels of engagement and effective employee retention strategies.
  • Strong experience with all facets of the software development life cycle, including Change/Release Management, DevOps, Cloud Native design, and Environment (including Source Code).
