Job Title: Enterprise Information Security Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Information Security Leader to join our team at People Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our information security program and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems, assets, and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise information security program, including risk management, security awareness training, and incident response.
  • Lead the establishment of an information security governance structure, including the development of policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Collaborate with business units to facilitate information security risk assessments and risk management processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies, such as law enforcement and advisory bodies, to stay informed about relevant threats and best practices.
  • Lead and motivate the information security team to achieve tactical and strategic goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, and make recommendations for improvements to our information security program.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years' experience in information security, with a strong background in technology and risk management.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a senior management role, with proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team of security professionals.
  • Experience with common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders about information security best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
