About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our service operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily service operations to meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily service operations to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Manage a team of service staff, assigning duties and providing guidance and support.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
  • Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, implementing price and credit policies.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services.
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff as needed.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
