Job Title: Automotive Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team at Otto's Service Centre Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Automotive Service Manager will be responsible for leading our service team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, manage staff and assign duties.
  • Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies, develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, determine staffing requirements, resolve issues that may arise.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, conduct performance reviews.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 5 years or more in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, adaptability, analytical, collaborative, creativity, efficiency, energetic, goal-oriented, hardworking, integrity, outgoing, positive attitude, proactive, quick learner, time management, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, interpersonal awareness, judgement, organized, team player, maturity, patience, resourcefulness.
