At Alexandria Moulding, we're seeking a skilled Licensed Millwright/Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize production disruptions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for equipment improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are properly documented and logged.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Valid license/certificate for industrial mechanic millwright (or related field)
  • High school diploma
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
