Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with hiring managers to comprehend their specific team requirements, including understanding their clientele, project scopes, team dynamics, and growth opportunities.
- Develop a robust talent pipeline utilizing diverse channels such as online platforms, industry gatherings, networking events, and referrals.
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting preliminary screenings, presenting candidates to hiring teams, coordinating interviews, and managing the hiring process, including feedback collection and job offer extensions.
- Provide consistent updates to the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers regarding the status of open positions.
- Maintain and enhance recruitment tracking systems and reports to ensure accurate data management.
- Effectively utilize our applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools to streamline processes.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in Media and Advertising recruitment to continuously refine our hiring strategies.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to achieve recruitment objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant recruitment experience, ideally within the Media and Advertising sectors.
- Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment processes, handling 15-20 open positions simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- A genuine passion for creativity and a commitment to helping individuals discover rewarding career opportunities in the Media and Advertising fields.
