- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services, consulting, business process, and platform services.
- Collaboration with Pre-Sales & Solution Development Teams: Work closely with pre-sales and solution development teams to develop and deliver customized solutions to clients.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Experience and Qualifications: 7-10+ years of experience in selling IT professional services, with a strong established network and a proven track record of success.
- Compensation: Competitive salary of $180,000 per year, plus a $70,000 annual sales incentive plan (SIP), resulting in an overall target earnings (OTE) of $250,000.
