Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Broker to join our team at Orbit Insurance Services. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and identifying opportunities to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide product and service information to clients, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Analyze risks and assess clients' insurance needs, making recommendations to ensure they have the right coverage.
  • Resolve complex issues and complaints, working closely with clients to find solutions and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Review policies annually, offering tailored insurance solutions and explaining products and promotions in simple terms.
  • Process rewrites and remarkets, following established new-business guidelines to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, updating rate manuals and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements
  • AMF license required.
  • RIBO license or commitment to obtain required.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in personal lines automobile and property insurance.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
