About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Painter to join our team at Arash Painting Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, including repairing cracks and holes.
  • Paint Application: Mix paint to desired color and texture, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate airless spray equipment, brush painting, conventional spray painting, and roller painting.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for each project.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work outdoors, at heights, in confined spaces, and with odors. Physically demanding work requiring bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, initiative, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.
Work Environment

Our team works on various locations, and you will be required to travel to different sites. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and you must be able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Language and Work Hours

The work language is English, and you will be required to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
