Painter - Creative Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at CELCO DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LTD. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, mixing paint to desired color and texture, and applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
Key Responsibilities- Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
- Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure surfaces remain in good condition.
- Paint Mixing and Application: Mix paint to desired color and texture, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes and meet customer expectations.
The Painter will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent lifting, bending, and standing. The ability to distinguish between colors, hand-eye coordination, and physical stamina are essential for this role.
Experience and Qualifications- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in painting and surface preparation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
