Position Overview

This is a full-time hybrid position for an Educational Program Coordinator at reachAbility, offering flexibility for remote work. The Educational Program Coordinator will be tasked with leading engaging and informative programs, collaborating with the community and stakeholders, assisting clients in overcoming challenges, and advocating for abilities over disabilities.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in program coordination, community outreach, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusion principles
  • Capability to adapt to various learning needs and styles
  • Experience in creating and implementing educational programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online teaching platforms
  • Familiarity with legal and employment-related matters is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or a related discipline
