Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Spirit Ridge at NK'MIP Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to identify and address any issues or concerns.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.
- Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met, and that all necessary protocols are followed.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals to ensure that staff are meeting their performance goals.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that all necessary resources are available.
- Supervise in-house laundry services to ensure that all linens and uniforms are clean and well-maintained.
- Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the resort are clean and well-maintained.
- Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out, and that all necessary protocols are followed.
- Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
