Job Title: Assistant Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Spirit Ridge at NK'MIP Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services to ensure prompt resolution of any issues.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
