About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing human resource activities across the employment lifecycle, including attraction, recruiting, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or Business, with a minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a multiple manufacturing or distribution center business unit environment.

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for maintaining knowledge of current developments in the HR area of expertise, developing and delivering employee training programs, recommending and communicating organizational policy changes, advising others on legal and regulatory compliance matters, leading and supporting employee engagement activities, analyzing data to inform personnel decisions, and maintaining personnel records.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong understanding of HR data and metrics. They will also have working knowledge of Employment Standards and nuances of same across Provincial and US State lines.
