Role Overview

The Technology Change Enablement Team is responsible for ensuring the Firm's technology change controls and procedures are in place and effective. As a Strategic Change Manager, you will work closely with the team to:

  • Define and implement technology change controls and procedures
  • Provide oversight and education on Change Enablement practices
  • Enforce adherence to Change process requirements
  • Manage KPIs and KRIs to monitor performance
  • Represent tooling and communicate with stakeholders
  • Facilitate Change Advisory Board meetings
  • Investigate Change Related Incidents
  • Define the Operational Change Enablement strategy for Technology globally
Primary Responsibilities

As a Strategic Change Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the implementation and oversight of controls associated with Change Management
  • Providing centralized evidencing of controls across Infrastructure and the wider supervisory strategy and controls agenda
  • Identifying risks associated with or impacting the Change Management policy
  • Escalating any risks, gaps, or bugs identified with the Change Management policy or tooling suite
  • Identifying opportunities for improved processes and automated controls
  • Contributing to the refinement of Change control effectiveness
  • Reviewing, designing, and reporting metrics, KPIs, KRIs to support Change Management
Requirements

Desirable Criteria

While not essential, the following criteria would be beneficial:

  • ITIL v3/4 foundation or above
  • Previous experience of working with internal/external audit and regulators
  • Previous experience of IT at a Financial Services organization
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, JIRA, Jive
