Position Overview:

Masonal Stone Inc. is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Warehouse Supervisor. This position requires a strong foundation in logistics and team management.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is mandatory.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate operations with various departments to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Prepare detailed reports for management review.
  • Oversee the functionality of machinery and computer systems.
  • Organize maintenance and repair schedules for equipment.
  • Address operational challenges, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Provide training to staff on their roles and company policies.
  • Facilitate training sessions for employee development.
  • Conduct evaluations of employee performance.
  • Assign tasks and review the work of team members.
  • Manage the requisition of materials and supplies.
  • Establish and maintain effective work schedules and procedures.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Direct oversight of 1 to 2 employees.
  • Management of staff across various operational areas.
Environmental Commitment:
  • This role contributes to initiatives that promote positive environmental impacts.
