Warehouse Operations Manager

Masonal Stone Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordination and Organisation: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and inventory levels.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery in the warehouse.
- Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure high productivity and quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed, and establish work schedules and procedures to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
This is a permanent position that involves working in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and organisational skills.
