Warehouse Operations Manager

Masonal Stone Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods, managing inventory, and supervising a team of warehouse staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Logistics and Operations: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, warehouse operations, and staff performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week
The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with regular exposure to computer equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
