- Customer Follow-up: Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Dealer Trades: Facilitate the exchange of trailers between dealers and customers.
- Evaluating Vehicles: Assess the condition and value of trailers to ensure accurate pricing and sales.
- Fleet Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies to sell trailers to fleet customers.
- Follow-up of Web Requests: Respond to online inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Hiring and Staff Management: Recruit and manage sales team members to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Recreational Vehicles Sales: Sell trailers to customers for recreational use.
- Sales Department Supervision: Oversee the sales department to ensure it is operating efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 year as Sales Manager or 3 years as Assistant Sales Manager.
- Softwares: Lautopak.
