About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Management Development Program at EMCO Plumbing/EMCO Plomberie. As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive 4-phased program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a leadership role within our organization.

Program Overview

The program is structured into four phases, each focusing on a specific aspect of our business:

  • Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service - You will gain hands-on experience in our warehouse operations, customer service, and sales teams, developing a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Phase 2: Customer Relationships and Procurement - You will build relationships with customers and vendors, learning how to read blueprint drawings and create quotes for materials.
  • Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales - You will focus on business development, learning how to find new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and create level 5 customer partnerships.
  • Phase 4: Leadership and Operations - You will develop leadership competencies, mentor others, and run the business, setting vision and strategy.

Requirements
  • University degree or college diploma in any discipline
  • Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
  • Desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Excellent leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Possess a strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Valid driver's license
