Program Overview

The program is structured into four phases, each focusing on a specific aspect of our business:

  • Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service - You will gain hands-on experience in our warehouse operations, develop product knowledge, and learn how to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Phase 2: Customer Relationships and Procurement - You will build relationships with customers and vendors, learn how to read blueprint drawings, and develop your problem-solving skills.
  • Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales - You will focus on business development, learn how to find new business opportunities, and develop your sales skills.
