About the Role:

TOTEM RECRUITER is seeking an experienced Administrative and Financial Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our President and overseeing the financial management of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Management: Develop and implement financial plans to optimize capital allocation and resource utilization.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Provide financial simulations and risk assessments to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Supervise accounting, treasury, and legal functions to ensure effective risk management and compliance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Submit regular reports and analyses to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to meet their expectations.
  • Human Resources Management: Oversee HR operations and personnel management to ensure effective talent management.
  • Financial Operations: Develop and implement financial operations to support business growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and at least one ERP system.
  • Certifications: CPA certification is an asset.
